Multiple Entry Business Visa

The Multiple Entry Business Visa (MEBV) is designed for individuals who frequently travel to and from Indonesia for business purposes. This visa allows for multiple entries into the country within a year, facilitating business meetings and leisure activities. While there is no limit on the number of trips one can take, each visit is restricted to a maximum stay of 60 days and cannot be extended.

This visa is particularly advantageous for individuals establishing business relationships, attending meetings, seminars, and conferences, or engaging in other business-related activities that do not involve employment. It is a cost-effective option for those without permanent residency in Indonesia and who do not intend to earn an income within the country. The issuance of MEBV was temporarily halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic but resumed in November 2022.

Steps to Obtain a Multiple Entry Business Visa:

1. Submit Required Documentation
  • An invitation letter from a local company.
  • The Tax Identification Number (NPWP) of the local entity.
  • Identification of the company’s director.
  • A copy of the passport with at least 18 months of validity remaining.
  • The sponsor company’s bank account statement.
  • A copy of the applicant’s flight itinerary.
2. Apply for the Visa
  • After submitting the documentation, wait for the E-Visa to be emailed.
3. Entry into Indonesia
